Happy Customers

I'm sure all of my artsy/crafty friends will agree, there is just something special about seeing someone in something that you made.  Of course, as with any business, you want to keep your customers happy, but when you are dealing in handmades, this is especially important because of the emotional connection to the things that I sell. They aren't just 'things', they are my work.  My blood, sweat and tears (figuratively of course, I would never allow any blood, sweat or tears anywhere near my precious fabrics!).
